Cathie Quandt has a natural talent to design and envision what can be transformed in home. Her ability to work with a diversity of clients allows her business, Good Move, LLC to stage homes for Realtors, homeowners and businesses. Cathie founded Good Move, LLC to shift the focus from property to people using her coaching skills to fine point a clients purpose, timeline and budget. On either side of the staging equation Cathie balances building the confidence of her clients and sets the stage for success. Cathie’s reputation speaks for itself being well respected for her quality and creative work in decorating as she is about helping others reach their goals.
Cathie began staging in 1994 while living in the St. Paul, MN area. Degreed in Textiles and Communications, Cathie uses her marketing and public speaking experience to integrate her passion of the home as a Professional Staging Instructor for CSP and a Hand-On Stager with Good Move, LLC. Mediums Cathie uses include textiles, paint color and paint textures, room design including furniture owned, purchased or rented, accessories; which she refers to as the jewelry of the home, textiles, wall art, and always the accent of a variety of rugs. Her staging is not limited to the interior. Cathie embellishes, all four sides of a homes landscaping; and without question, controls clutter inside and out.
Cathie’s business services with Good Move, LLC has grown to include holiday preparation, business events, seasonal transitions and non-moving homeowners who wish to shift the looks of their current home meeting the needs of consumers across the board.
